No, Zoom will be used for the initial meeting and assessment. From there we will use a private, encrypted video, phone, and messaging app, to ensure privacy. You will need to install and set up this app on your phone or device for subsequent sessions. This is done to protect your privacy and avoid any outside monitoring.
Absolutely! Sometimes, tough things need to be shared. The last thing you need to worry about is someone overhearing or spying on you. We will use an encrypted app for video, phone, and messaging functions. The app is used so that no one will be able to interfere. Sessions are conducted in a private studio location, with no others in the area. Your privacy is my utmost concern. Nothing will be recorded, shared, or referenced, in any way.
